Shipping
Orders will be packaged and sent out within a week of receiving. Currently only domestic shipping is available. All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and include tracking and $100 insurance. If you need your order shipped faster, would like additional insurance, or want to arrange local pickup, please email MTN GRL Studio when you place your order.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost or delayed please contact your local Post Office to get more information and file a claim. MTN GRL Studio is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please email MTN GRL Studio within 2 days to discuss options for replacement.
Returns
Returns will be accepted on a case by case basis if the following conditions are met; MTN GRL Studio was contacted within 5 days of receiving the package to request a return, the order is returned to MTN GRL Studio with the original packaging, the order was not on sale at the time of purchase, and the order isn’t damaged or lost in return shipment. MTN GRL Studio is not responsible for return shipping charges. We suggest an insured and trackable mail service. Once received and approved, the refund will be made. Please email MTN GRL Studio if you would like to return your order.
